[02] ----December 18, 2006 Dallas K. Miller, a sole practitioner in Medicine Hat, is appointed a Judge of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta. He replaces Mr. Justice W.V. Hembroff ( Lethbridge) who elected to become a supernumerary judge.
Mr. Justice Dallas Miller received a Bachelor of Laws in 1984 from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Arts (History) in 1992 from Athabasca University ( Alberta). He was admitted to the Bar of Alberta in 1985 and practised with Gordon, Smith & Company in Medicine Hat (1985-1993) before opening his own firm (1993-2006). Mr. Justice Miller’s practice expertise is in the areas of civil litigation, real estate law, wills and estates law and mediation. He has acted as a Member of the Alberta Provincial Court Nominating Committee (2004-2006), as Judicial District Representative for Medicine Hat for the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association, and as Chair of the Board of Directors of International Justice Mission.
This appointment is effective December 23, 2006.

[03] ---- Update 04/06/2010; The Clerk sent me an e-mail that I have to pay my ex-wife, Mrs. Sails $750.00 or else I cannot have a cousal error delt with.  Dallas Miller Ordered that Mr. Achtem would not be intitled spousal support from the time he became disabled in 2003, having an income of less the $6000.00. 

[04] -----Mr. Achtem was not competent at the time of the family special chambers January 31, 2007.  Mr. Achtem was not as familar as he has become well versed on the particular issues revolving around "Disparity between House Holds" must be consider by any judge and it must reflect upon any order made by a judge involving maters of both child support and spousal support.  The parties positions on matters of "disparity between house holds' must be considered" by any judge before preceding to issue Orders.  Justice Dallas Miller made an Order withOUT having any of the material presented it him at chambers.  Although Mr. Achtem did not make any presentation of this in chambers.  Mr. Achtem did prepare the Concise Letter with required Revenue Canada Income Tax "Notices of Assessments".  Mr. Achtem does distintly rember asking Justice Millar in Family Chambers a question say this or the same question but it may have been worded differently.  "Did you read my Consise letter and the application that this is stemming from?" Then Justice Millar did pick up the binder containing the Hearing application with the Affidavit.  His reply was "yes I did"  and maybe something else was said, and Mr. Achtem is not in any finacial stituation to buy the transcripts from the "family special chambers" All this materal did provide Mr. Miller all the required information,  Justice Therefore he was not the best judge, such as other judges Mr. Achtem, Ecmas members, and other Fathers 4 Justice members have been eye witnesses to the facts, of judges
